If you are contacting Elthara about a purchase, include the email address used for the purchase and your Elthara order number if you have it. That will make it easier to find what happened.
If you want to experience Elthara, but cannot afford it
If Elthara speaks to you and you truly want to experience a work fully, but purchasing it simply is not possible for you right now, you can reach out too.
Elthara is meant to be experienced, not kept from someone who truly needs it because they cannot afford to enter.
